ingredience: lemons/limes (this needs to make up the bulk of the fruit being used, like at least 80%) whatever other fruits or fruit…

The real tragedy is that I have to juice the lemons with my mom's circa-1977 reamer. >_>

It's good! Gotta fiddle with the ratio of syrup to water tho or you'll blow your citrus clean off. 1-to-4 seems pretty good.

Next step, get crunchy sugar, try it with lemons, limes, strawberries, and mint!

@CactuarJoe there's a middle tier above a twist reamer and below an electric juicer, and it is this dual-action lever assisted model: https://www.chefn.com/products/freshforce-citrus-juicer !

@gnomon Yeah, that's definitely on the table. Definitely a metal one, though.

What I'd really like is a stand press (like this one, but better made: https://www.amazon.com/LIFKOME-Squeezer-Portable-Stainless-Extractor/dp/B0F5WVM6Z9), but those can get kinda pricey.
