@CactuarJoe I knew I remembered there being a Garfield strip where he imagined racing in his… tray?… but now that I've found it, I feel that it mostly just proves your point.

There is also a garfield themed knock off of mario party. Nobody wants to make a true garfield game, that's too much work and risk. A safer option is to make a random family game -
