also, i think my bil gave me his upper respiratory infection. goddamnit. this is why masking should have remained mandatory. first time since 2020 that i've had one. ugh. put me out of my misery plz.

luckily i feel mostly ok today? i started having a scratchy throat saturday so i started taking my amox (yes i carry some with me. i get gum infections like woah.) and i slept alright last night, but i'm coughing and my nose is stuffed to the rafters and i feel arthritic. mom's getting me 'quil.

anyway, how about a thread of what nonsense i got at bandon yesterday? though i warn, i'm wearing 1 of the shirts and the other 2 are in the wash.

hooray, mom got me day and nyquil! i feel somewhat hooman shaped! still definitely sick tho. blech. but still, #BetterLivingThroughChemistry

the worst part is that i am having trouble swallowing from the sore throat. i already have a stupid short gag reflex.

well, i definitely feel better, though my froat is still having swallowing issues. i don't feel so tired and i even danced to the song in my head in the shower. but i know this siren song, so meds will be on board along with breakfast.

minor miracle, my froat allowed me to take a second dose of dayquil pills without choking!

not gonna tempt fate, next dose will be liquid version. which tastes gross, but no choking hazard.

had some sushi for dinner! it was pretty good. would have gone for a more adventurous roll if i felt better, but avocado and cuke was a tasty choice all the same. now, to LOUNGE.

apparently the choco mushrooms were A Mistake tho, because they did not stay down. i feel much better now tho. sorry for the potential grossout tmi there.
