Last time I did my standard bourbon base. That's my personal favorite, but its not for everyone. This time someone wanted a standard vodka, so I started a pint of that. But I wanted something different, so I'm making a batch in a pint of white rum as well. -

But I wanted something different, so I'm making a batch in a pint of white rum as well.Two pints of vanilla extract seems like a lot (and is), but the stuff takes literally 6-12 months to make and if you make too much, it's pretty easy to give away given how much better it is than most of the store stuff.
It's best to make a lot of it since it's not like you can just have some ready over the weekend.
