        A skunk habitat would improve the air quality of NYC. That place is a fetid mire of week old food garbage, stale piss, and rat droppings. Do you know why I hate NYC?

          An interesting bit to this news is that air quality improved outside of lower Manhattan. A lot of areas outside of NYC were fighting congestion pricing as they thought they were going to see increased traffic due to people parking there and taking a short train in.
