Just saw a trans themed 501e legion logo and...

Why exactly ?

The 501e is a stormtrooper military group. Its Vader's Legion FFS. Can't get more fascist themed than that.

The whole concept of reenacting a Stormtrooper legion is weirding me out in the first place, but I mean... if you're not politicized, I guess I can see the fun part. "Cool" armor, group activity, dressing up, etc...

But still.

And now you make it trans flavoured? I don't know, random person. Seems icky to me.

Make rebel alliance trans logo, no prob.
Make Jedi (from any era) trans logo, that's great.

Why would you choose to trans the fascist symbol ?

Personally I don't want proud trans fascist. I know this is make believe and fandom stuff, but it smells bad.

@Ambraven idk how aware many white peeps are that the empire/stormtroopers are fascist
i've encountered quite some who are more interested in the warfare aspect and pew pew lasers and don't really get the deeper messages behind the empire

or maybe this is a weird attempt at reclaiming???? if it's that tho, then i think it failed spectacularly xD
