chronic illness frens, I need recommendations for a TENS unit, primarily for shoulder and neck usage. I'm looking to battle occipital and trimengial neuralgia with the power of electrons. I'd prefer it to be a pocketable unit that might charge with usb-c or usb-old so I can keep it in the backpack I carry with me all day. Traditionally, I struggle to keep TENS pads on my skin so extra grippy pads would be nice too (despite my connective tissue issues).
