"Official" Russian Military game depicting invasion of Ukraine released on Steam as Yunarmy propaganda
-
What if it was a war game from Ukraine perspective?
If it was realistic, both countries campaign would begin with you being a busdriver, kidnapped in broad daylight from behind the wheel and shoved to the front.

Valve really needs to get around to moderating their platform in general. Actively enabling Russian propaganda is really just the tip of the iceberg here.
Even I, a die-hard fan of our Lord and Saviour Gaben, agree.

Saying that something is bad is not an endorsement of something else.
If they forego their “whataboutism” then they’d actually have to stand for something which is against their Weekend Warrior code of honor.

What if the russian’s are using it to get scenarios to further attack? Game should be removed immediately.
-
Yeah thats outrageous. We only accept american war propaganda, for its done in the name of the good freedom eagle burguer democracy
They are close becoming one and the same.
-
Its an interesting topic. On one hand fuck russia and this of course needs to be removed - but if something like this is against the rules, why do we let the US army propaganda on steam? Chances of removing that are 0 and if there were a law against it, people would throw fits over it
I’m American and would be EXTREMELY happy if we got rid of the US propaganda games as-well as this russian one.

Considering that steam is filled with american propaganda for war and the guy was concerned by this one case where the propaganda favors russia kinda sounds like he endorses american propaganda

Let’s ban COD then
Much easier for valve to ban the Russian one that most certainly wasn’t going to make any money for valve than the money printer that is COD. And it has the perk of never letting then reflect on their own past as part of the war propaganda engine
