Oh boy, that's a tarantula hawk wasp (the spider-hunting wasp family Pompilidae, subfamily Pepsinae). That's the one where the sadly late Justin Schmidt recommended if you get stung by one, "just lay down and scream."
Like most solitary wasps, they're actually pretty chill and reluctant to sting. They won't start a fight…but they will end one.

Side note about Pepsinae: whenever anyone posts a pic of a pompilid dragging away a spider, everyone's like OoOoo it's a tArAnTuLa HaWk WaSp!!! No. Does that Australian huntsman look like a southwestern U. S. tarantula to you? There are thousands of different spider-hunting wasps worldwide and they prey on all different kinds of spiders. Not all are as large and formidable as the pepsines.
