Why do trans people embrace MAGA?
1) They hold some form of bigoted belief that is publicly/openly challenged by others.
2) Rather than engage in self-reflection and reconsider their bigotry, they double down and seek the company of other bigots among the right wing.
3) They receive approval from right wing bigots and are pulled deeper into fascism and hate because it makes their egos feel better.

Hey do you remember all of the stubborn misogyny and racism among New Atheists a while back?
Well, people started to call out the bigots on their terrible views and they whined about how unfair and irrational that was.
And then they gradually drifted toward the far right. It took the better part of the decade, but that's where they wound up.

Oh, and sexual harassment and sexual assault of women by a number of the bigger names of New Atheism was NOT uncommon.
And when those guys were exposed as rapey abusers? They went hard right and found a new grift over there.
It's not like this pattern of hurt bigots and abusers leaving progressive and marginalized spaces and heading for the right is a new pattern. This seems to be a thing that bigots and abusers do.
