My nurse practitioner moved clinics, which is fine. The problem is that the new clinic only communicates by phone, and only picks up the phone during business hours and not at lunch.
They use the same online system that the old clinic used, but they disabled the option to send messages to them

Ugh, that sucks. I wonder if leaving a Google/Yelp review might catch their attention.I just finally got assigned a doctor. I had no idea the clinics even had text-based communication options. I'll have to check if they utilize any.
