    So here’s where I’m at:

Muscle-wise, I’m holding steady. The numbers show I’ve built some solid muscle over time, which is good—it’s not easy to keep that up.

On the other hand, my body fat percentage is higher than I want. It’s clear there’s a lot of fat in the mix right now, which impacts how I feel and probably my health down the line.

What this data tells me is that I’m carrying more fat than ideal, but the muscle I’ve built helps offset some of that. It’s a reminder that the scale alone doesn’t tell the full story.

Moving forward, I want to focus on trimming the fat while holding onto or even adding muscle. That’s the real challenge—losing fat without losing the muscle I’ve worked hard for.

It’s a process. I’m not rushing it, but I want to be smarter about it.

This is the baseline. From here, it’s about dialling in my nutrition and training so I can shift these numbers in the right direction.
