Ive been reading through the Toradora manga.
I realize this was a very popular series back in the day and for many it was their introduction to romcoms.But I think there is a fine line between cute tsundere and huge fucking bitch and I don’t think the author understood this balance.
The only likeable female lead is a complete doofus and the other two are just awful.
Ryuuji is just like…well I am kind so I’ll take ALL OF THE BULLSHIT

Taiga borders on irredeemable.
She’s lazy, she’s mean, she’s not able to articulate anything, she’s angry all the time, her cute appearance is overshadowed by how miserable they make her.I get she eventually breaks but why would anyone put up with that? It makes zero sense to me.
