i ran a session of the boat game yesterday and it was really good ^^i got to reveal some character mysteries and hand out some fun items ^^afterwards i had a chat with my co-gm about the future of the campaign. we both admitted that we were struggling with prep a lot and concluded that it's maybe for the best to not risk burning out, end this campaign soon, and then start a new thingi don't like having to end a campaign early, but it's better than burnout!#FabulaUltima

i am taking somewhat of a GM break rn (cuz a friend, who is in both of my big games, can't play for at least a month)and i am feeling extremely restless these days! wow! my main creative outlet is ttrpgs. this kinda makes sense. i just didn't think it would effect me _that_ much.oh well, i'll get through this and will enjoy it even more once we continue ^^(and before anyone asks: i don't really like running one-shots. otherwise i wouldn't have this problem xD)#Pathfinder2e #FabulaUltima

i got to play in a #FabulaUltima today!my character is a dancer/spiritist focusing on elemental support and healing!had a lot of fun, despite us losing our first big fight xDwe met a cute merchant and my character is developing a crush on her as we speak! oops xDlooking forward to more shenanigans ^^

(I'd prefer to print straight to index cards instead of going about it indirectly, using a paper cutter. Hard to get printers that do borderless prints to something that small, though. Mine only does 4x6, and even then to photo paper, which is not ideal for this application.)

@risa pdfs are great for reference, but there's nothing like leafing through a physical book full of interesting lore and inspiring pictures!

@risa When it comes to kids, you have so many more options, the sky's the limits!

#CampaignDiarythe boat game had its first session in the new setup!the party met... at a library! xDthere was a tinkerer who accidentally awakened an ancient evil dragon robot. said robot rolled really bad on all attacks tho and got destroyed before it could land a single hit xDnow the party looks really competent and that'll have positive and negative consequences later ^^also, a bird made a bet with a ship's captain and won the whole ship xD#FabulaUltima
