I think it'll be somewhat awkward to collect and document, especially since everybody can edit and delete their posts.There were plenty of old-style forums catering for for this sort of thing, some of them offering private threads an such when I last looked, which admittedly was quite a while ago.I assume finding the right kind of people who are into the same sort of themes and - more importantly - posting frequency is the crux and Mastodon can certainly help there. dice.camp is still going.My advice would be gather your party on Mastodon, then play on a forum (or self-host something or play over file-shared docs or whatever).I see you are an old-school nerd. groups.io is an old-school mailing list, which is way better for this sort of thing than the play-by-mail others have mentioned.
