#TuesdayGame Well, I healed one of the guards we beat up in the bar fight last time. For color, the GM said we'd broken his jaw. I decided he deserved breakfast before he possibly died. When they left town, we tracked them to a spot in the middle of nowhere, where their tracks just stopped. We bumbled along for a while, trying to figure it out, then used locate person to discover the lair was underground!We set off alarms in the process. We're really not a subtle group. 1/n#DnD #ttrpg

#TuesdayGame We went back to our bastion to clear it out again. Undead this time. We're staying for a little while to do our research to find the guy who has our employees and rescue them while squashing him. No idea where to start. #dnd #ttrpg

I don't know what I can do about that. The funniest bit? When I scried on our chatelaine, there was an absolutely stunning woman with her. One of the jailors. Pa, who is playing a sorcerer, got all sad and pouty when she was described as "the most gorgeous" person I'd ever seen! And the DM said, "I'm looking at your character sheet. You're only got a 19 charisma."

#TuesdayGame We spent the night in a running battle through our bastion. The place had been tossed and the library and arcane workshop were cleared out down to the walls. In the bastion were barbed devils and an (I think this is the name) automata devil. That was a bitch! At one point 3 of 4 of us were down. And it was up to Pa to save us! Pa is our chaos machine. I mean the person, not his character. But he did it! The 3 nat 20s we rolled on death saves helped us out a lot too!#ttrpg #DnD

#TuesdayGame OK, so after chasing my college enemy across town, I had a moment of clarity and realized maybe she wasn't the best person to try to get help from. We decided to hang out in the tavern of the inn where she was staying for a while tho, since we'd already barged in.Pa spent his time chatting up all of the other patrons, as we watched, amused. He got pick-pocketed by... an assassin type? And adopted by an old lady with dementia. We let him have fun with it, 1/#DnD #ttrpg

#TuesdayGame: Last month, the GM asked me to give him a quick thing about 2 people my cleric went to school with. One I liked and one I didn‘t. After a couple of days, I asked him one question and then dove in. He wasn’t looking for much, just some names and a couple of attributes. I wrote 4000 words. It was so much fun!Well, last night, he brought in my enemy. And it was AWESOME! The rest of the crew didn’t know he’d done that, so when I didn’t miss a beat 1/2#Dnd #ttrpg

#TuesdayGame: It was a slow night, but we managed to get to the treasure room in the Storm Giant Castle without having to fight all the ghosts. In fact, they're all still hanging out in their chairs, talking about the war as if we were never even there! Kind of a big win, as after we completed it, the GM told us the CR for the castle stuff was crazy high!We did have to fight the iron golem, but it was under water, so it had impediments; the hole we made in the wall wasn't 1/#ttrpg #dnd

#TuesdayGame: There was a lot of dithering this week. We explored (ransacked) the cloud giant outpost, and then took it over. We now have a flying cabana! We used the map we found there to find the storm giant fort under the ocean. Getting in looked tricky, but we had a bunch of people who could teleport in in one way or another, so one went in to let the others in. We actually managed to do a recon mission without starting a fight!#DnD #ttrpg

#TuesdayGame Well, Obmi set us up, but we didn't ask any questions either. We fought a little Death Knight and his minions. He killed my character. Dead Dead. Which is fine; I've had to make new characters mid-stream before.And then one of the other PCs turned me into some sort of undead, in a desperate move to bring me back. #tuesdayGame Perhaps you recall that last week, we tried to make it into Geb all sneaky-like, pretending to be merchants? And that instead, we didn't make it past border control before being caught and having to start the killing. Well, this week was one long, running battle. First, the merchants who came to the gate after us and caught us cleaning up. Then the skeletons in the fort they alerted. And cavalry, and wyvern, and dragon. All undead. We barely survived. #TuesdayGame: Some cultists came a-knockin at the bastion, looking for spell components. We tried to get them to go away, but of course it turned into a fight. Lots of smashing and fun with that. We decided to burn the bodies, but held onto a couple of heads to Speak with Dead to try to get a lead on the next step. We even disguised ourselves so we didn't look like we were the ones who killed them!Then we checked out the nearby town and made some friends. Off to the swamps!#Dnd #ttrpg
