@tezrak.bsky.social I did this in a PF2 game set in the middle of the forest. "Nobody really uses money here and they're not interested in yours, no there aren't any shops and there's no inn, but they will be hospitable to travellers if you're not an arsehole". Some PCs got rewarded with custom-dyed clothing for helping out.
