My game uses 100% original assets, game UI etc but the gameplay is based on a popular game
It's not 1-1 by a looong shot
It's like the book publisher saying; yeah we publish for you but it has to be in an original genre
and in the meanwile you keep paying the publisher

In the build i submit, i wasn't sure about the game name so i put in: "Game Name" on the login screen
Maybe they thought it was bought source code because of that..
it just boggles my mind

Maaaaaaaybe the person reviewing the beta build thought it was "bought source code" since I didn't had a name yet and just put in "Game Name"

@stux on the other hand. Someone prevented you from releasing a game with “game name”. If you look at it from the other side, which may be hard at the moment, it may be a good intent?
