i don't think so. It would be hard to understand and one reference would dominate the game.

Something more integrated would be nice. Like if there are too much trumpists in an area they'll "make america great again" and the area ends up as a shitty 50s version of it.

That is just a wild idea and probably too complex to implement, but you get the idea behind it i think.
