Hm, we may have an issue.. Today mom is gonna checkout a chalet for us since we are in Spain at the moment
It seems we have a very good chance on actually getting it but we may have to decide soon
The other house we viewed a little while back is a better fit but very unsure and we don’t hear more until Feb
This is the chalet we could maybe rent, it’s about 75m2 so not bad at all and look at those treees

One of the few downsides however is that my girlfriend has to look for another job since it’s too far with her current job.. They also want 1-2 months rent as ‘down payment’
I understand this is quite normal with renting from people instead of a massive company but stillPerhaps a good moment to hold a little sale from stuff I don’t really use..

@stux I would be much happier with prepaid rent (that's how I understood it) than a deposit.

With so many outside walls, how well this is isolated is pretty key in summer and winter. Is ask if heating bill info can be shared from years past. Good luck! More peace for you would be premium. And fast internet -

And fast internet@W_Lucht We asked about that indeed and it has isolation, double glass etc! Also heater and airco for in the summer

Super happy but also a little scared to be honest, since this is in a very quiet place we have to rethink a lot of stuff
