This week on #MONSTERDON -- the weekly monster movie watch party -- we have LASERBLAST (1977).
Over the years many have asked the question, "What if you took a depressing teen movie and gave the loser hero a laser cannon? Wouldn't that be awesome?"
Laserblast definitively answers that question; No. It would still suck.
Join us at 9pm Eastern this Sunday for a *remarkably* bad film. It's on Tubi or over here on Archive.org: https://archive.org/details/laserblast_202503

@CactuarJoe So what I'm hearing that it's all the worst parts of He-Man, but without Frank Langella or even Meg Foster.

@liferstate Pretty much, plus it's shot on a budget of "Whatever we find in the couch cushions"

@CactuarJoe We have gained the cutest stop motion turtles, but also one of the worst movies that is still competently made. #Monsterdon should have a hoot with it.
