One nice part about getting up so early (4 AM, typical for me) is that the outdoor temperature is much more bearable so I can open the doors to try to thermoregulate the house.

@wplalonde morning air is just so good!
i have a west-facing window in my apartment and keep that open all morning to get the cool air in, before the sun comes around. -

Strangely, none of the downstairs windows here are really openable, but the back door faces east and the front door faces west and the floor plan between is open enough that we can get a nice cross breeze when they're both open.
