Welp, the alert alarm on my NOAA weather radio works. Damn near gave me a heart attack, it's been several months since one of those went off.
In for a fun night tonight with the storms rolling through the Midwest US.

@chgowiz I'm hoping the storm front weakens by the time it gets to us.

@Tim_Eagon Seems like it weakened quite a bit by the time it hit the Driftless area, at least the part I'm in. I'm OK with this!

@chgowiz we got a severe thunderstorm warning around 12:45AM, but I slept soundly through the entire thing. Didn’t see much wind damage in my neighborhood this morning, just a bunch of small branches.

@Tim_Eagon yep, Happy it lost steam. You aren't kidding about the haze, it lasted most the morning
