I think I’ll delete my other social accounts. General wisdom is that I should use Instagram, TikTok etc to spread the word about things I’m working on (I make a #podcast about stories called The Worst Writer in the World) - but I’ve never found them useful

@rufustheduck My suggestion: Post to Mastodon, and occasionally, take a link to your mastodon post, and post it elsewhere - to lure people into the Mastodon world. Some will catch up.

I'm a fan of cats. Glad you're here to share about yours! I'm not so great at cross-posting, so most of my cat photos appear over on flickr. I'm a sporadic Mastodon user.
