        Oh yeah the whole region is on fire, it's just hitting Canada harder than it used to:

        I'm used to the US burning every summer, particularly when we have folks in gov who don't believe in science or common sense. Americans signed up to breathe ash last election.

        I feel like Canadians deserve a bit better though. They didn't sign up for doom. 😕

            FWIW (I live in Seattle, pretty damn liberal/foresty US) I don't blame you guys. The half of our country that isn't on fire is the half where we grow corn.

            Canada has more forest and fewer people than the US and I think you've a generally more nature-minded average citizen as well. Less litter and that sort of thing.

            This is climate crap. Places that used to be wet and cold are now warm and dry. It's a problem, but not one that Canada caused. It's just in your yard.
