The Diamond Comic Distributors' bankruptcy was always going to hit small RPG publishers hard (and by "real world" standards they're all small except Hasbro), but the move to sell stock they are holding *but have not paid the publishers for* in order to pay creditors puts those companies in a dire situation. I'm expecting to see quite a few go under.

@Tim_Eagon @BigJackBrass blame #ChaseBank the lawyers and legislators who wrote bankruptcy laws to do just this. Truth is, Diamond has been sold, is still doing business, and the moneys which were paid for them and their portion AND ONLY THIER PORTION of current sales should go to their creditors.
