Happy music could help you recover from motion sickness

Listening to joyful music helped study participants with motion sickness recover better than other participants โ€” while sad music helped less than doing nothing

Best treatment Iโ€™ve found if youโ€™re already motion sick is laying flat on your back in the grass

Hmm, Iโ€™ll try the happy music someday. Iโ€™m usually listening to metal lol. xD

Non-music but my trick is to breathe something herbal, or this is really bad, but breathe an alcohol pad lol. Instant dome to the head in dire situations. Helps a looootttt.

What on earth is an alcohol pad, something Iโ€™m too European to understand?

Does Europe not sell pads with IPA on them for first aid kits?

Edit: to clarify this is not a rhetorical question. Iโ€™m genuinely wondering because the name seems self explanatory to me but Iโ€™ve seen them all my life.

If that worked for me, I dont think I would have to limit my VR gaming sessions to only 30 minutes because of the motion sickness I get in them.

Riiight yes of course we do, once you mentioned first aid it became obvious. The word โ€œpadโ€ felt unfamiliar and my mind was going more towards food related.
