I vaguely want to make a 20 level mega dungeon that takes characters to max lvl by the end, 1 lvl per lvl.
Every level has a different theme but are all tied together by the architect's goals.
And I want it to *make sense*.

You made me think of when I first started playing D&D, we'd go up 2-4 levels per adventure. This was because of being 11 and not understanding the rules at all.
It was also a big problem because this was the Basic rules, and each box set only covered about 3 levels, so they became obsolete pretty quick unless you kept making up new characters. -
