I don't know why I expected different, but two episodes into SHOSHIMIN S2 and this remains a masterclass in wasting time. So many inane conversations, useless scenes, overdrawn interactions, and painfully slow developments. It's almost beautiful.

This beginning arc does not feel worth 3(?) episodes.
