    I know I'm far from the first person to note this, but Microsoft deciding to make retention patterns the only way to keep using Office 365 without paying for Copilot—i.e., there's no option like "Switch back to original Office 365 service, without Copilot" readily available, you have to click "Cancel subscription" and THEN you finally get the screen that says "Or you could switch to the Classic version?" and the option finally appears—is a really, really depressing sign of things to come
