Bing is blocking all neocities websites in their entirety and it is not known why. Neocities has attempted to reach out to Bing to attempt to resolve this. Neocities recommends that you do not use Bing until this is resolved.
Edit: DuckDuckGo resolved this, so you can resume using that. Still avoid Bing.

so far using noai.duckduck because it used to work well enough, but been feeling the results being worse lately (or it's our searching) -
