I mean you can see the striations from the wind exactly where the flat sides of the rock are. Yes, Mars has wind, and rock dust.

It is interesting mind you, although obviously not deliberate in any way. It’s interesting because if you wanted to use existing geology to excavate a base into, that would be a very useful place to do it without having to go underground. Just for reference, my background in geology, astrophysics and engineering is that I’ve played Minecraft a couple of times lol
