The funniest thing about Final Fantasy 7 is that Sephiroth's whole plan is "throw a rock at the planet, become god"
which is of course dumb as fuck
But the funniest thing is that Aerith looks at that plan and goes, "Lol yeah okay" AND BEATS HIM TO THE PUNCH!
Like, if you disregard the dramatic framing, the ending of FF7 is actually Aerith stealing Sephiroth's lunch with a Tom & Jerry YOINK noise.
