      Classically; if you’re running an instance and intend for it to continue long term or at least have a graceful exit, this should be something specified in a will, and perhaps with trust if there is some money provided. Of course there is no straight forward way to hand over these kind of assets unless you do some prep.

      It might work better if the instance is incorporated under some kind of LLC and that is what is inherited with associated accounts etc; but then we get into some murky estate law that I don’t know of.
