Speaking from personal experience, as a kid something like that is *never* a happy experience (in my instance it was because my single parent mom was in an accident - so of to child services we go. Long story)
Hoping it brings some positive change for everyone. Especially around this time of year
PS: I do have some good memories during the short stay with the foster family. But still.
