Hate to say it, but it's been nothing but propaganda for decades...
All "news" channels are simply entertainment based loosely on current events. It's been this way since around the time Walter Cronkite retired. -

@stux one of my pet peeves too. Just read the facts! Canadian news anchors do this too….and they have silly conversations with each other. Trying to be celebrities maybe?
