October means Halloween, and to celebrate we're watching the very best [sic] in 1980s shlock horror! This week we've got The Howling (1981), in which a traumatized reporter discovers a colony of werewolves! Apparently it's got some great makeup work, should be a blast

Some great titles, though. The Howling II: Your Sister is a Werewolf is just short of a great light novel title. The Howling III is subtitled The Marsupials, which has gotta be *someone's* fetish, right?

@CactuarJoe I first saw Howling movies in a late night marathon while very tired. So they kinda all blended together. I forget if it was 1 to 3 or 2 to 4. But it was a bunch of them all together and I dozed off at one point and woke up to the movie being in Australia and just being utterly lost but equally fascinated.
