@Tim_Eagon @Da_Gut There's a gentleman who sits next to me at dialysis who is hard of hearing. He can't get his hearing aids out fast enough when he gets in that chair. He's younger than me. So it's not just your parents.

@Tim_Eagon Google clear captions phone. The government has a program (funded through that fcc fee on your bill) that will provide a free captioning phone. And training in how to use it. I pick up the occasional freelance job going to homes and setting these up/training people on them. It’s completely free to anyone who is hard of hearing.

@Tim_Eagon my stepdad refuses to wear his hearing aids while also getting angry that he can't hear us.
