Took a while to track down the creator: They are "flexasaurus rex" on that other site (which I won't link to). The link on the info page points to an old, deactivated account.
@mcnees The creator also posted to reddit r/music about the site. He writes it took him only 48h to get it up and running thanks to AI. And there's this really prominently placed link begging for money.
