@SeanCasten The gun can’t be more than 1 meter away from the target, which is the head of this person.
From the video you can see that the car is moving away from the officer at the time, making the officer safe.
When you see the whole video through, you can clearly see that the killer is excited afterwards, too.

This ICE goon should have a few decades in prison to work on his anger management. If Trump pardons him, it will be another reason to impeach him, for abusing his pardon power.
