More seriously: thank you for the inspiration, I haven't made a batch of that stuff this year yet and seeing you do it is prompting me to get on that task!
I see that you're using the bowl technique. Have you seen Morgenthaler's vacuum sealer method¹? I swear by it, for cutting down both the prep and the cleanup time as well as slightly increasing my yields!
