I was at the record store today and found a CD copy of the 45th anniversary re-release of The Soft Boys' 1980 album Underwater Moonlight. I've never been a huge fan of Robyn Hitchcock, but I've read about the band and their subsequent influence on many 80s and 90s bands that I love, so I was intrigued and bought a copy. The album has immediately vaulted into my personal top 10 - it's that good!
