This kind of player passivity is antithetical to me as a GM and player as a GM, I like to drop players into a rich situation and see what happens.

as a GM, I like to drop players into a rich situation and see what happens.
As a player I have the opposite problem. I’m always doing something, whether running a scheme or making my own fun. I don’t play much because a couple of GMs have expressed that I’m Henderson force in their campaigns.
