#monsterdon They should have got a puppet for the bear's face. Their real bear just isn't making a scary face.

    (Probably cause he's drugged?)

      #monsterdon Isn't this a private house?

Why is it the park department's jurisdiction.

#monsterdon As a public servant, the best way to get a promotion is to let a Grizzly Bear eat a bunch of campers.

That might seem evil, but it's just politics.

#monsterdon A fundamental problem with bear movies is that bears don't look scary when they run.

            They look kind of goofy.

#monsterdon Look, Grizzly, I don't want to tell you how to do your job, but there's a lot more meat on a horse than there is on a human.

#monsterdon That's how you're going to end it?

                  Nobody did anything clever.
None of the side plots were resolved.
Even the romances didn't go anywhere.

They just shot at the bear until they hit the one and a half hour mark.

#monsterdon Remember that scene where we learned that the photographer's father owned a tourist lodge, and he was obviously trying to cover up some kind of financial trouble the lodge was having?

In a normal movie, that would be the exposition for an important plot point, but this movie was so brilliant and original that it subverted expectations by never mentioning that scene again.

@apLundell And then also ended the film without doing anything with the hackneyed romance plot, making not just the scene with the reporter's father pointless, but the reporter HERSELF pointless!
