Españoles Peninsulares say and truly believe that we in Latin America dont speak Spanish... And we don't. If you compare differences between other languages like Catala and Portuguese. O Gallego and Portuguese. They are considered two different languages. Specially Catala that Catalans have shrouded in their language so intensely that it's their ONLY weapon against Españoles.
so no we dont speak the same language and we are proud of that. Even between ourselves we dont speak the same language. Yes I can communicate with a Argentinian but I dont speak like them nor I want to. I dont want to call You "vos" instead of "Tu".
