    Funny how the things I used to hate about cassette tapes are now what I love most.

    The wow, the flutter, the hiss—it’s like hearing my favorite music through a warm memory.

    Especially when I’m out walking. Everything sounds more alive.

        @lydiaconwell Records scratch, CDs rot, Internet outages kill streaming. It all sucks.

        Theoretically, tapes can be repaired. Not something I would do anymore, but it’s possible.
