Look closely at the URL. Before removing her cousin from the website, they inserted “dei” before “medal-of-honor.” https://www.defense.gov/News/Feature-Stories/Story/Article/2824721/deimedal-of-honor-monday-army-maj-gen-charles-calvin-rogers/ [contains quote post or other embedded content]
