Cairn Second Edition! Finally received this beauty today!
Love both the first edition of #Cairn by @yochaigal and all the games it inspired. Really a pillar of the #NSR movement, and the way it inspired the #OSR.
I really like the simplicity of the rules, and the way it married its inspirations from Into the Odd, Knave and others.
Now with the second edition I can't wait to have a better framework to run my games, and learn more about the dark and mysterious Wood.

@Tim_Eagon it is really good! In the next couple of days I might show some details on the box set and thoughts on it, as I read the books, so keep an eye out!

@lumipate @Tim_Eagon the warden's Guide is a treasure trove for coming up with your own settings and adventures. The DND dms Guide comes not even close
@ckeen @Tim_Eagon I've actually been putting off reading the PDFs because I wanted to wait for the physical release, so I didn't expect the Warden's Guide to be so chunky! A lot to unpack in there
