I saw a nature video where two downy woodpeckers pecked at a squirrel that climbed into a branch where they were eating nuts until it ran away.
When I was in middle school, we had a cat that would sit in the back yard. A blue jay liked swooping down at the cat until it wanted to come back inside.

@KrissyKat I was at the downtown South Bend library waiting for my now wife and I watched a very, very angry blue jay attack people walking down the side walk on the opposite of the street!
