      @damian all pens are manufactured within tolerances. You might have just gotten a chunky one.

        @NullNowhere I was kind of hoping the Diamond models were intentional with this, but maybe I got lucky. It's a very noticeable difference from the other stubs (in a good way).

          @damian how long have you had them? My understanding is that TWSBI has changed their supplier of nibs from Schmidt, to bock, and then JoWo. So you may also have different suppliers depending on the age of the pens.
